I saw in another forum that by noon 7/6 and 7/13 were already all booked up.

does anyone know what the capacity is for these events?

i got in to a cast member at 845. they did open early but i guess it wasn't till 830 or so i guess. i got booked for the june 29th night when we are there. i hope it's fun.

WOW! Seems like the Magic Kingdom events were available for a few days. I'm glad I booked first thing this morning. I wonder if the reminder email last night created some additional demand.

It might have but I also think there's probably that just less capacity available.

Did everyone get the e-mail? Only once were we around for a premier of a movie, Alexander's very bad day, and we did get an e-mail telling us about it.

Called at 745 CST and got through in 5 minutes. We got 7 tickets. We're a group of 4 adults, a teenager, a toddler, and an infant. They said everyone needed to be on the reservation for an accurate headcount. All they gave me was a reservation number. No actual tickets will be issued and it won't show up on MDE. I asked if our magic bands will have the reservation attached to it and was told no. Just show up with your reservation number, DVC card, and picture ID. Looks like they're treating it like a dining reservation. Come on June 23!

We got an email yesterday, which is the first we heard about it...we're at BWV starting 7/13.

Got an email reminder and called a little after 7:30 cst for a reservation for 5. This will be the first DVC event we've been able to attend.

Question: I know there is light refreshments, but can we purchase any adult beverages? I need some enticement for DH.

Yes. At least last year, they had little stations around the park where you could buy alcoholic drinks. I don't remember what, exactly, or how much they cost, as I didn't partake.

This is me exactly. We never get DVC emails but knew about the event through the boards. I got through around 8:20 yesterday morning and was on hold maybe 20 minutes. Got our confirmation for June 29th.

So glad I read this thread last night. We are from the West Coast and never are able to attend any DVC Member events. We actually have a reservation made for one of the date offered, June 23! Called this morning, 7 am PST and got a reservation for four on June 23. I am so excited simply because we can actually go to one of these things. Looking forward to this event and checking out the DVC Member Lounge in EPCOT during our trip.
