Me thinks, if there is a problem, Yolanda shouldn't be looking up customers who booked, but the names of CMs who put it through, who said, "I have a discount available for your dates..."

long story short we ended up using code w/o pin for 9/27-10/3 at GV Poly. Now of course I'm a nervous wreck so I'd love to hear from others who go before to see what happens.

I received a pin on a postcard. I was able to use it but the CM did not ask me for the pin number - I will bring it with me, just in case.

I have read several posts where Disers have received a card and it was in someone else's name or old address, etc.
My theory is that they sent them out to those who (according to Disney's records) have not been in a long time as my post card came in my maiden name which I have not used since our honeymoon 12 years ago.

We have been 3 times since then, same address but with married name.

In other words, those with that name and address combination who have not returned are getting the code????
Just a guess.

I really don't know how Disney gets their information because I had a trip planned 2 years ago (had to cancel) and for some unknown reason my daughter (29) was listed on my ressies! She has never been there with me and I did not include her on my reservations, in fact she has not been there since she was a child, has never lived at this address with me and she has a different last name!

So go figure

I've heard so much about the 40% code, did anyone else get the 30% off code? I did and booked at Pop Century and was totally bummed when everyone else was getting 40% off. I keep telling myself...at least you got a code( and got a preffered room too) but still 40% is nicer ! Oh well, we'll be down there March 7-12!!

Did your email say you were getting 30% off? A few times we have figured discounts that looked to be only 30% off but then because insurance had been included that we hadn't accounted for it turned out it really was 40%.
