I have to admit I am a little discouraged. I have been completly off Cokes now for 3 weeks, been drinking NOTHING but water! I have been exersicing for 2 weeks now, AND lo carbing it for about 2 weeks now. I eat no carbs for breakfast or lunch, and then for dinner I aloow myself carbd but try to keeo it equal like that CAD diet I was on years ago. I bought a scale and I have lost NOOOOOOOOOOOO weight
SUrely just getting off the cokes should have lost me some weight? O r even the exercising. ! But here I am doing all 3 things, and nothing is gone

! I say, off with their heads (or maybe out with their innards). Toss 'em against the wall and forget 'em.
