Sigh... and the issues continue

So I had a split stay: Contemporary for 3 nights (cash) then BC for four (DVC points). 180 days from the contemporary check in I was able to book ADR for only the first day, not the +10. So I called at 7 am. Annoying.

Was able to book my ADR for the stay at the Contemporary only, not once I transferred over to BC, which I understand is the luck of the CM roulette, some will do it, some have no clue how to.

Flash forward to today, 180 days from my BC check in. Does not recognize my reservations, cannot book any ADR. This is even after yesterday's website "update", rumored to have fixed these issues.

I understand this has been an issue for DVC members for months with no word on any attempt to fix. So again, I will have to call at 7 am.

I have every faith I will get my choice of reservations, but I am a child of technology. I love doings things online, I'm not a phone person (at least every CM I've spoken to has been a pleasant experience, not the case with many other companies).

Anyone else having these issues still or is it because I have a split (cash/DVC)?
 
As expected, got all my ressies and they were very pleasant on the phone. But still...
 
I completely agree. What a mess and surprising for such a big company. I want my magic back!
 
Same thing is happening to me today. I have a split stay but both are using points. I can only book online for the first day of my stay. When I go on the Disney site my reservations are there but not when I try to book for the 2nd day of my stay. It's annoying and frustrated because I also like to do things online, it's much easier for me!

I had the same issues with split stays and CM roulette. I would just hang up and call again.

I also had the same issues with the online system. My first reservation only allowed booking at the 180 day mark, while my second allowed 180+10.

One way to get around the CM roulette of split stays is to extend the first reservation so that it spans your entire trip. Then after making all your dining reservations, reduce the stay to the days desired.
