Sick of Disney’s Lousy IT—Rant

I have an AP voucher which entitles me to three days of park reservations. I have a reservation at the Swan which I understood to offer me park reservations for my check in and check out days. I decided to change my park for my check out date which was a fourth reservation and I keep getting a new message saying I have to book through the AP site—even though the canceled reservation was through the properly added hotel reservation. I think the system thinks I still have a park reservation that day as it shows no availability even though every other calendar shows every park available.

I do not want to spend my time on hold on the phone, nor do I want to go not knowing if I can get into the park I want on my last day. A couple weeks ago I found one place where you could modify your park reservation but of course I couldn’t find it today.

Disney needs to get its act together and get reliable, consistent IT.

There's a new system. You do have to book through the AP link. There is yet another link after choosing AP -for AP with a resort stay.
