Sick and Stuck on a ride anyone?

:lmao: Funny thread, I love the Small World ones. It seems like once you get on that ride, there's no way out!

It wasn't me, and we weren't exactly on a ride, but my dad and I were walking back to the monorail, following behind this woman and her family. As we walked up the ramp, she was still in front of us, and I noticed she stopped and literally looked like she was gonna collapse right then and there. She did this about 10 times. It was boiling out, so that could have been it. Now, I get freaked when someone is openly REALLY sick near me, so I was saying out of the corner of my mouth, "Dad, don't pick that monorail car, don't pick that one," and we finally picked an empty one. But of course, in walks the woman who looks like she's dying, and her family. So what really made my heart go out to her was that her poor little kids were so young, and they kept asking her to talk and play with them, and she just groaned and pushed them away. I cannot even explain how sick this lady looked. Even her husband looked totally freaked out. She had her head between her legs, and the dad is like, "kids, don't talk to mommy, she's not well." Dad and I were trying so hard not to look, and we really didn't stare, ::yes:: but she looked terrible. They got off at the Contemporary. Very creepy. So, not exactly a ride problem, but hey, it could have been an extreme case of motion sickness! :confused3

We just got back yesterday from WDW. What a wonderful time we had. I went on Expedition Everest. They have a single rider line. I was able to get right on the ride. Boy what a rush that was. You are speeding forward on the train, :scared: then the train makes a dead stop and goes backwards. I was like oh my god... I also went on Space Mountain, that was wild.... :thumbsup2 Then to Universal to get on the Hulk. :worried: That was even wilder. It starts up a a steep slope then shoots off. I thought the ride was going to go off the tracks. Wow...... I went on Mission Space last year with my husband and will never go on that again. I had to sit down for 15 minutes after the ride and couple not eat dinner for a couple of hours. We had a wonderful time and are said it it over. We cannot wait to go back in August 06.

Jen you made such a beautiful bride....

Have a magical day.

Not on a ride, but I got a terrible migraine at Epcot and on the bus back to ASM I just felt worse and worse and started getting nauseaus....

I don't know HOW I managed not to puke on the bus, but we got off the bus at *** because I couldn't be on that bus any more and I practically ran to my room next door at ASM and puked as soon as I made it to my bathroom.....ICK!!!

Got sick in 03, but that wasn't a migraine...I think it had something to do with trying to eat my way around the world at Epcot.... :crazy2:

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: ME TOO!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

How about that Ellen ride at Epcot??? It is 45 minutes long and they tell you before it starts that there is no escape!!! I enjoy the ride, but that is enough to panic me and get me feeling claustrophobic. I have been on it soooo many times, but the no exit business gets me going!

So, has anybody actually exited Ellen when you're in those huge "cars"?? It would make me feel better to know it IS possible!

Lives4Disney :sunny:

I've never done that ride because it's so long. :rotfl: :rotfl: I did attempt The Backlot Tour, but as soon as they gave the last bathroom warning I went into full panic mode, and had to keep telling myself that I was fine, I felt fine. I wouldn't need a bathroom. :lmao:
