shuttle to/from airport

Would anyone know approximately how long it takes to get from the airport to Lake Buena Vista using a shuttle bus?

I want to book our transfers online, and I have to allocate a pick up time from our hotel for our return transfer. Need to make sure I leave enough time.

Also, how long prior to the flight do we need to check in? We will be flying from Orlando to Miami.

If you are using Disney's Magical Express you are to be picked up 3 hours before your flight. When are you flying? I would allow at least 1 1/2 hours to get to your gate at the airport.

Actual travel time from MCO to WDW is around 20 to 30 minutes. You should be there to check in at least an hour before the flight. That airport is huge. I would definitely allow plenty of time.

I don't know how you could get there in 20 mins from WDW. I would allow more than an hour. There is always lines on the A side and an hour would be cutting it very close.

I was referring to the actual time on the road between MCO and Disney property, since the airport is about 20 miles from Disney. I certainly would allow much more time than that for travel. Our flight left at 10:00 and Magical Express picked us up at 7am. We had already done our airline check in at the resort, went straight through security and then had time to eat and shop a while before our flight. Better to be early, than cut it close!!
