shuttle to epcot/pleasure island?

While our main focus will be IOA, we would like to visit epcot and pleasure island one day and evening. Are there any shuttles available at reasonable cost from HOH or near HOH? They would need to be reliable and run well into the night.

You can't get much more reasonable than the bus, but it's sl-o-o-w.
