Can anyone recommend a shuttle or towncar service from Wilmington DE to PHL? Thanks!!!

This is a really late answer to your question, but we always use Eagle.
We used to use Delaware Express, but one time we paid the driver cash, and he also charged our credit card (it was on file due to a previous trip.)
I guess he was trying to get away with pocketing our cash... made me really mad because we gave him a large tip on top of the one automatically charged.
Everything worked out though. I disputed the charge with our CC company. Thank goodness that we kept the cash receipt.
