We have been fortunate enough to see it twice while in WDW.
Not from the coast, but once from the grounds of Dixie Landings (Space Shuttle Columbia, October 1993) and once from the AS Movies parking lot (Atlantis, May 1999). Two of the most incredible sites I've seen, even though it's pretty far away.
