Shuttle bus question

Is there a shuttle bus that runs between the 3 onsite hotels? My kids are wanting to check out all 3 pools? If there are shuttle buses, will they hold a wheelchair or ECV?

When we were there in April we took the bus between the HRH and the PBH. I am not sure but I think I remember seeing a wheelchair lift on the bus.
