If there is a thread that covers my questions, please point me there! My searches may be too specific.
My TA gifted us the 10 photo credit package from Shutters. I wasted time onboard choosing 10 photos, putting them in the favorites folder (or whatever it's called on the monitors onboard), and then "ordered" the USB with them. Apparently I completely misunderstood that entire process, b/c once I got home and popped the USB in - ALL of my digitals are there, locked and waiting for me to unlock them with my 10 credits, rather than just the 10 actual photos I was expecting. Again, maybe this is all on me that I didn't understand the process, b/c everything I read here regarded the unlimited photo package - but I was a bit frustrated to find all the photos. They're sooo much smaller via the Cruise Photo Digitals app on my computer, and the watermarks on them make it difficult to figure out which photo is the "good" one. I sure wish I had written down photo numbers onboard or something! I know I've already unlocked one that wasn't the one I wanted (the watermark was right over my dad's eyes in a group photo, so I had to guess which shot was the right one).
Long story short (too late!) - I now want to purchase an additional credit for just one photo. No matter whether I try to directly use the "buy more credits" button on the left, or first choose the photo and THEN try to unlock it, prompting the buy more credits box to pop up - I get nothing but a spinning circle that never loads to a new screen to actually buy more credits. Anyone know what's going on? Is it my computer? or the app being weird? I figured I would first ask here before submitting through their help function, in case it's an easy fix. I know I'll get an answer here faster!
Secondly - does anyone know what it would cost to buy a single credit now? TIA!
