Shutters at CBR

I've heard in the past that Shutters was really not that great at all, but I've heard that in the past year or two they've really turned it around. Is this true? What has changed (specific items?). What is the best thing to get here? Thanks!

There was a chef change.
If you google easywdw and shutters, Josh has a couple of reviews. (One from May 13, 2015 and one from Dec. 27, 2013).
