Tried for the exact 180 day mark and was the first call of the day and there was NOTHING available for breakfast or lunch. This has never happened to me before. Has anyone else experienced this lately. Just curious. I get 180 days plus 10 -- I know the system, but have always gotten the exact time I wanted on the 180 day mark. Oh well, wasn't meant to be.

I just called on Tuesday and got our reservation for CRT, but I was 180+5 at that point. They didn't have the exact time we wanted--I think we changed it by 20 minutes or so.

Keep trying, you hear so many stories about times opening up. GOOD LUCK!

I had it happen to me for LTT ,and Cp could not get either of them.now granted I am going at the tag end of free dining so it is sort of understandable.When I got my Le Cellier ressie, I had a choic of 405pm or 900pm.This was also at exactly 180 days.

Our trip starts the exact same time and I was able to get everything I wanted, including CRT, LTT, LeCelliar, etc. Some I had to make consessions on, like having a 7:15 instead of the 5pm Hoop De Doo, but most I was able to get within 20 minutes of my desired time. Best advice is to call every day, in the mornings, as they do hold back tables for the 180 day mark. You probably already know this, but for others who don't...On Tuesday (June 3) it was our 180 day mark for the 30th. So if you tried to make ressies for Dec 1, it would be 181 days out. If they were holding tables, the tables would be released on June 4 for December 1, so if you called the 4th, at 180 days, you might get it. I'm doing a really bad job of explaining it! A dining line CM told me a few trips ago that seats are held until 180 days for CRT and LeCelliar and Coral Reef, not sure of the others.

Just keep trying! We are going during free dining and I was just able to get a breakfast at CRT this past Monday for our trip! I will send some your way.

Ditto here. Got every ADR we wanted within 20 minutes of our time of choice.

If you missed out on an ADR that is very important to you, keep checking back... as there are always bound to be cancellations. Maybe try for a different date also, if you can adjust your schedule somewhat.

Another contributing factor is the "late posting" of November & December's hours - The CM's I've been talking to when I call Disney Dining each day have said that their Dining system has not been updated with the ACTUAL park hours yet. (??)

I had to adjust our dining schedule by about 2 hours on some days (for California Grill and Whispering Canyon) and I'm still working on a Liberty Tree ADR for around 6pm for one night.

All in all, everything will be just fine - I've just never had a problem at 180 days before.

I had the same problem b/c we are also a party of 8. I got most of what we wanted, though the some places we are at 2 tables (even though they have 8 tops). We've never been that large a party before and it does seem to make a difference when making ADRs.

My 180 day mark was Wednesday, and we got everything we wanted. I was even on hold until 7:40 yesterday too. We had to take Le Cellier for lunch because dinner would have been 9:20, but we got CRT for Saturday and CG for Saturday at 8:00 which I though would be harder due to fireworks. We didn't get the Chef's Table at V&A yesterday, but we got it today

Keep trying. Disney has a strange little system going on.

Also wanted to add that we are a party of 9, so don't that shouldn't hurt you too much.

It isn't the end of the world so don't give up. I was able to get CRT for BREAKFAST the day before we left for our trip because someone cancelled so there is always a chance of that. We also called and got Chef Mickey's from our GF resort room the monring of for BREAKFAST and it was completely booked before we left for our trip. And.....................the 1900 Park fare for BREAKFAST was booked as well before we left, and one morning heading out, we stopped at the podium and asked for an opening and they had one right away. So, keep calling and even after you arrive. Peoples plans change and cancellations are possible. GOODLUCK

I had to book for a party of 7! I think it's dumb that they have to count a baby. Really, the baby will be less than 2 months old, more likely about 4-6 weeks. But for fire code, they have to. They won't even know the baby is there. My dh or I wear our newborns in baby slings. I nurse right in the sling, so likely, they won't even SEE the baby. Because of the party of 7, I had to talk to group reservations to get the Hoop De Doo.

And what is up with the hours!?!?!? I like to plan my dining around the extra magic hours. Ugh. Get with it Disney! Have they ever delayed releasing the hours this long? Why would they do it? Curious minds want to know!!

Of course, the hours come out AFTER I've booked my ADRs. Oh well! I think I did pretty good but I'll double check and move things around if I need to.

We've NEVER had success getting our ADR's for CRT breakfast at either the 90 day mark (years ago when you could book then) or @ the 180 day mark!! Thank goodness for the 180+10 because last year was the first time ever that we scored breakfast.... and it was on our last day (180+7) at 10:30am... the only seating they had!

This year we're going the same time (just before free dining) and as always, on day 180, I was on the phone hitting redial @ 6:57 over and over until I got through and all I could get was ADR's for the 3rd or 7th day... so we took the last day (7th) again @ 10:20am.

Thankfully, I have 3 boys (9, 6 & 6) - who have absolutely NO interest in CRT.

However...they DO have a knack for picking out some of the other "high-demand" ADRs: Last year it was the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show that they were excited about, and this year it is the California Grill with fireworks. I'm just happy they're not old enough for V&As!!

I just called yesterday to change my reservations and made it for Sat. Oct. 6, which is what...4 months out or so?? And I had my choice of times.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but I do have a quick question about the 180+10 policy ...

If I call at the 180 day mark and ask for CRT and nothing is available, how do I have them check for the rest of our trip? Do I ask for each day individually and have the CM check or can I give the CM our +10 window and they can look at all of the days?

I have only done CRT one time before, at the 90 day mark and we used the instructions printed in the "Unofficial Guide" . You know, the " I need Cindy's for 4 on the morning of 10 May" with no greetings as soon as the Cm answers. It worked, but it sure took some effort!

Everybody please stay off the phone tomorrow morning .. LOL ... I have started calling daily at 6:57 a.m. for CRT. I was able to score our first day at WDW which is Sunday 11/30 .. would prefer Wednesday 12/3 so I"ll be trying again tomorrow. Have tried unsuccessfully for Monday and Tuesday so hopefully Wednesday will work and all will be well. If not .. guess we'll just start off our vacation with DD's favorite experience.
