Wondering what the dress code is. And do they charge to park there if your eating at the dolphin?

We ate there in February. The people’s attire was all over the place. Some people were in shorts & Ts, others in slacks & dresses. I wore a casual dress. It’s a nice restaurant & really would’ve felt uncomfortable/underdressed if I would’ve been in shorts & a Tshirt., but that’s me. Not sure about the parking, we were staying at the YC & walked.
