Jimmy Neutron will be unless something goes wrong and Shrek should be open, but the date hasn't been set.

I've never seen any official dates. The only thing that Universal has said is summer 2003.

You can call those dates "approximate". They may or may not open on said dates.

That depends on if there's gonna be a big gala opening or just days where you go in and there are new rides available.
