I must admit I was not a big fan of shows or parades. I am a ride junky. But last year I saw Fantasmic and Spectromagic and I LOVED them. So now I am thinking about trying more shows and parades. What should I put on my must-do list?

Fantasmic
SpectroMagic
WIshes
Beauty and the Beast SHow
Voyage of the Little Mermaid
Lion King

I would have to agree with DisneyMomx7, those are definitely the shows I would not want to miss. I can't even think of any to add, those are my favorites!

I've missed Fantasmic more than I've seen it. :-\ That isn't to say I dislike the show though... For some reason we always seem out of it by the time night rolls around at MGM.

SpectraMagic I enjoy because it reminds me of the old MSEP but is more sophisticated IMHO.

Wishes
Illuminations

Also of the "smaller" shows, the show at the Biergarten (at least twice a trip) and the British Invasion (there are times when I've spent a good chunk of a day at the London Pavillion).

Mickey's Philharmagic is the one we couldn't ever miss out on.

Off Kilter in Canada (like dbanzai at the UK pavilion, we usually camp out most of the day) is a must see all the time for us.

Flights of Wonder at Animal Kingdom. I do not like bird shows but this one is a not to be missed since everything the birds do is a natural act. It's not a "talent" show. Very well done with an excellent message too.

The new extreme stunt show at MGM is amazing, I saw it last week and it is not to be missed.

Spectro - it isn't the MSEP, but it's the next best thing - it's pure Disney magic to me. :wizard:

In order, here are the shows I never miss at WDW!

1. Wishes at MK --- My # 1 Favorite!

2. Festival of the Lion King at AK -- LOVE this show!

3. Jammin' Junle Parade at AK - Very Cool, Fun Parade!

4. Mickey's Philharmgic at MK -- Not a show really, but I just love it!

These are things I cannot miss, I have other favorites of course, but a trip to Disney wouldn't be a trip to Disney for me without these three! :wizard:

Another Illuminations fan here. I was once at Disney for 6 nites, and saw Illuminations every nite except one night, when I went over to see Wishes.

my husband loves marching bands so we never miss "the spirit of america fife and drum band" outside the american adventure, also watch "beating the retreat" in the magic kingdom. not sure if they are shows but they are the ones that bring a lump to my throat.
