showing up with one extra at CRT breakfast?

I have an ADR for CRT for 8:20am. THEN I find out that someone else in our family would like to come too. (I don't know why they couldn't speak up with I asked, but I digress...).

The ADR is already for 8 - so there isn't an extra spot at our table. If it was a lunch or dinner ADR, I would just go to the restaurant a little early and ask if they could accomodate one more. BUT since this is a breakfast ADR before the park opens, I'm not sure what I can do. I assume the folks at the gate will only let 8 people in early for our ADR?

I've thought about stopping by CRT earlier in our stay to ask the hostess about it - maybe they would have flexibility the phone CM's don't have?

when we have entered the park early no one has ever asked how many people the reservation is for....I'm sure you could sneak them in - but just call and add a person - you already have the ressie - shouldn't be a major problem

When we went in early for our CP ADR, the CM checked there were 2 of us. I guess it depends on the CM.

it makes sense that they would check as otherwise I guess you could "sneak" extra people into the park eary...we just showed a confirmation number on our list and they let us in - we are not too sneaky looking though - 2 parents; 2 kids....

We had ADR's for 4 people for the 8AM breakfast in Feb. Since then my mom has decided to join us. When I called back to add her they couldn't do it. They said the table they had us booked for would only fit 4 people. I was able to get her in by making another reservation for 1 person. They said if we get there early and ask that they can probably seat us next to each other.

yeah, calling would be best......

when I hear going from 8 to 9, my gears start to move....it really depends on what tables they have you booked on in the system.....I mean, if they have you on a 6 and a 4 table, then they should be able to do it, but if there's a 6 and a 2, or a 4 and a 4, the computer won't like them for trying.....just to get you thinking....
