Showing up with less than reserved for...

I have a PPO H&V for the first full day of our visit- my DH will be joining the kids and I from the west coast the night before. His flight comes in late and depending on shuttles, actual arrival time, etc, he may not want to get up early for this ADR.
My Res is for 6, if we show up with 5 (or even 4 if our teen DD wants to hang back with DH) will they charge for them anyway?

As long as someone from your party shows up, you should be fine.

1) ALA CARTE eateries: If you show with less people, no penalty fee.
2) PRE-PAID eatery (like CRT): They keep the pre-paid charge of missing people for not cancelling in time.

Which really stinks that you can't modify a 5 person reservation to 4 without canceling and rebooking - and risk losing it all if you cancel first.
