Showing up early for a dining reservation?

We are looking at dining at Cafe Orleans and saw that they took lunch reservations. The only one available was at 12:50, so we made the reservation. However, I am wondering if anyone has any insight into how Disneyland handles it if you arrive early for your meal.

So say we arrive at 11:30 and the wait is only 15 minutes. If we wait and eat at 11:45, will we be penalized as though we did not come to the 12:50 time (credit card charged)?

Thanks for anyone that's done this and can offer insight!

No, you will not be charged extra because you showed up early. If you do show up prior to your reservation and they have a table, then they will seat you. If they do not, then you will need to wait for your reservation time. Just make sure you tell then what time your original reservation is for when you get there.

Did you call? I tried the Internet and got a 1:00 res. I called and got an 11.30.
