Its a shame that so many of the photos are gone from the posts.

I almost died when I saw your picture! This is the EXACT same ring that is my grandmothers wedding ring. It was almost scary!! My great grandmother has the wedding band and gave my grandmother the large ring when she got married. They bought them around the time of WW2. I have never seen a ring that has even come close to hers.

Wow that's insane. I rarely see pictures close to my ring either!

DF proposed during EMH in front of the castle. He told a photopass photographer what he was about to do so we have a ton of pictures of the proposal- one of which is my avatar. We had a crowd cheering and everything- it was awesome! Here's my ring:

Our Rings, mine is a 5.5 and his is a 10.5 so there is a huge size difference. I thought these came out nicely.

Here is mine. The wedding band is made from Tanzanite, although the picture doesn't show it well the color looks light blue to a light purple depending on the light.

Reminds me of our wedding! DH picked out his size, but the heat was so bad that his hand swelled up. He tried to push it on anyway and it got stuck! The first picture we have married is him asking someone to get some ice water for his hand. (It was starting to turn purple!)

I almost ripped his skin off trying to get that ring past his knuckle! Ice water worked for him, too!
