So fun seeing everyone's rings!

Here's my engagement. It's 1.16 with 40 little diamonds (doesnt seem like that many!) and engravings around the back. I dont have pics of my wedding band. It didnt have a matching band and we had trouble finding one that fit close enough and matched. We were still without until a week before the wedding! We cut it close! We finally found a band that matches almost perfectly.

Thank you! My ring is actually white gold, too. It's a custom design. I love it, but it didn't turn out exactly like I wanted. (At first, it was ALL wrong, which was a mini-nightmare for me, but they fixed it, so I'm much, much happier with it now.) Yours actually looks more like what I was going for (so obviously I love yours, too!) I was going for something like the Cartier 1895 ring that's been advertised in a lot of the bridal magazines lately. Initially, they stuck my diamond on these ridiculously high prongs. I have pretty small fingers (4.75 ring size), and it made it so that the part above my finger was about half the width of my finger. It looked absurd. The other thing that's "different" from what I was looking for is the way the edge of the ring that meets the center is 'pointed' instead of flat. Anyway, thank you again for the compliment. It's very nice, especially since I was so upset about it at first.

I just looked through my pictures but don't have a side shot. Sorry! I'll try to take a picture soon and post it for you.

Oh, and the center stone is about 1 1/3 carat, round cut. There are 6 little diamonds on each side. I don't know their total carat weight.

Wow - I would have been so upset dealing with that! Mine was custom done also, and although it didn't look quite like what I had pictured when I got it, I've grown to love it more and more since I've been wearing it. You do have small fingers - mine is a 6.5 (I have short, fat fingers ). Do you have a wedding band yet? I searched forever for mine before finally finding the perfect one.

My ring size is 3.5 so I know what it's like to have very small fingers. The jeweler who mounted my e-ring thought DH was marrying a 12-year-old!

It's funny isn't it? I don't think I have particularly small hands and in fact my fingers are quite long. They're just really thin. What's funny is, at a 3.5 my rings are loose and they spin but I'm not about to go smaller!

Oh well, here's my ring. Very simple, 1.27 Carat Solitaire on Platinum Band. Perfect Quality Diamond...He did so good, all by himself.
My ring is simple, and perfect for me...PE Teacher/Volleyball Coach...I don't need or want anything too extravagant.

Hi All! I enjoy seeing everyone's rings and always wanted to post mine but could never take a picute of it...while DF was playing with the camera, I asked him to try and take a pic and he did it (I should have cleaned it first)!!! Here it is...he designed it. I love it!!!

We were planning a Disney wedding but decided to have an at home instead...it's less than 2 months away - yeah!!!! I guess we should go and get our wedding bands, huh?

frednort, your rings are similar to DH's. Where'd you get yours, if you don't mind my asking? We found ours at an eBay store that someone on Dis had recommended to us.

Mine's different because (a) I only wear yellow gold and (b) my engagement ring is in the shape of a Mickey head and didn't go with anything except a really thin gold band. So I swapped it to my right hand and wear this band on my left.

Everyone's rings are so pretty!
