Hi everyone i really like this ring anyone have any opinions or has it?

i LOVE this style of ring. i would have chosen this style if i hadn't found the ring i have now. and is that amethyst? i think that makes a beautiful engagement ring stone.

We're newly weds. We went to WDW for our Honeymoon
I'm a very simple gal, so I chose a very simple ring. I told my now husband, that he couldn't pick just any ring. He was instructed to pick a ring where the diamonds are inbedded in the ring. It's hard to see it in the picture becasue it is very little, but it's perfect for my little fingers. I love this picture!!

I cant get my original ring to show but this is my ring story and my other ring.

My fiance wanted to propose with a ring but wanted me to be able to choose my own so just bought a fairly inexpensive one - I really like it and dont think I really need another one but my fiance gets embarrassed when I show it cause he knows it wasnt much.

If it doesnt go straight to the ring you will need to go into shop click on wedding rings and then it is the italian solitaire design 7, I am gettting the wedding ring to match.

That's my engagement ring! DF picked it out all by himself. I'm sooo proud! It's by Jeff Cooper. I love it!

You can also see the yellow, glow-in-the-dark "hand stamp" from going in and out of the Disneyland parks. The picture was taken from the balcony of our room at the Grand Californian Hotel. I miss that place!!!!

I think that's what I called it - hard to remember right now, and I don't have myspace access at work either.

Here's pictures of the ring from the website of the jeweller that made it. I think the stone in the picture is somewhat smaller than my stone though, but this picture looks close.... oh, and mine is a platinum setting.

Here's a shot of the engagement ring by itself. This is a 1/4 carat marquise stone, and mine has a 2/3 carat marquise:

And here's a shot showing what the wedding set will look like (except for the stone), since the wedding band will also be the dolphin band that the e-ring setting is, and they interlock.

We're still trying to pick out DFs band. He wants something kind of unique that suits him, but without going too overboard on price, since the styles he has liked so far require basically for the ring to be remade if they have to be resized - he doesn't want gold, and the kind he likes have either been non-existant or WAY too pricey in platinum, so we're looking at titanium, which means a ring re-make for a ring re-size. And we-re both still working on losing weight.

I finally told him that he can't worry about it too much. It's his wedding ring. We just have to get it, get something he likes, and go with it. As he loses weight, we'll get one of the spring-type spacers that go inside the ring to help for a little while, and when that isn't sufficient, or when it bugs him too much, we'll get him a new one/have his re-made. He's doing so much to give me everything I want, I want him to have what he wants too! And he keeps saying he just wants to make me happy.

Goofygal, if you by chance see this, I'd love to know what size stone you have. I am interested in a similar type of ring and am trying to get a better idea of how various sizes look *on* a *real* hand.
