Thank you. It took weeks to re-do but in the end it was worth it!

Your living room looks so warm and cozy! I love it! Makes me want to grab a quilt, a hot drink, and a good book and curl up next to the fireplace. Perfect room for the Christmas tree!

I noticed, after I took the picture, that our train had derailed. Oops, I think our dog sniffed it and knocked off the track!

Tinkerbell's wings are fiber optics and change colors. Lots of Disney ornaments, we buy one each year at the DD Christmas Store!

I have disney barbie dolls and tonka trucks on my tree. Mickey is my topper. I lost all my sentamental orniments. I have no clue where they are and I didnt have any orniments. So my kids offered their toys. so sweet.

So technically this tree does not belong to me personally, but it was one that I designed and decorated to be auctioned off for charity. Its a "Twilight Tree" and a very generous person bid $1800 to purchase it.

Here is ours...pre-lit 7 foot artificial with clear lights. I have so many ornaments, this isn't even half of them! Every year, I need to pick and choose. Being a teacher, I get several new ornaments every year. Can you find my hidden Mickey??!!

Here is our tree. It is an artificial pre lit tree. I am working towards getting enough Disney ornaments to have a seperate Disney tree. Ever since I was born we get a new ornament each year, now we do the same with my dd. So the tree has a hodge podge of ornaments. My favorite is the Cookie Monster, which was my first ornament. I was only a month old at Christmas and my parents hadn't bought me an ornament so they took the Cookie Monster off my sister's slippers to make me an ornament.

I've actually never had a Christmas tree before, since my immediate family is Jewish.
This year my college roommate gave me a miniature hot pink tree to decorate for our dorm

So, I decorated it with little pictures I drew over the summer hehe

autographed photo of Robert Pattinson with certificate of authenticity
autographed photo of Ashley Greene with certificate of authenticity
4 decorative wood photo boxes (which we put Twilight quotes on)
2 giant chess pieces
Mini baby grand piano
Cactus
2 Twilight shirts
Bella and Edward dolls
Twilight board game
Twilight backpack with the Cullen family crest
Bellas charm bracelet
Pewter jewlery box with Edward on it
Twilight train case/trunk
Twilight lunchbox and matching thermos
Twilight Tours book, a guide to Forks, WA
A handful of Forks merchandise from a local retailer there (bumper stickers, bookmarks, pencils)
And numerous custom designed ornaments, its rather hard to tell but there are several that have pictures on them. I also designed the topper which has the same flowers (ruffled parrot tulips) as the book cover.

I had a lot of skeptics when I told them about the tree thinking a "vampire" tree would be too goolish for Christmas...but it worked out great. The auction took place one week after New Moon came out so there was still a ton of hype. Pretty exciting.
