I had the same "problem" when I initially tried to download the podcast in iTunes. Odds are this was when Pete was uploading the files and itunes got confused as to why unauthorized folks (us) were trying to access those files before they were ready for download.

patience if a virtue, even if it is hard to wait for the podcast.

I don't think they break the feed just to upload the podcast. You upload the file first. Then you update the feeds so people know it's there. No need to block access It wouldn't be the first time the feed file was broken...and you could download the podcast from the web page.

It did come through a short time later.
