As the facts come out .... This man is a danger to society!

He didn't break the door down as it was happening, it was hours later. Movie was watched late at night, he broke the door down in the morning.

He has a prior arrest for impersonating an officer.

The movie had no screams in it just run of the mill porn. You can't just charge into an apartment hours later with a sword, He could have found some one with a phone he wasn't in the middle of a National forest. Before defending him find out the facts.

There was no "intent" as he thought he was coming to the defense of a woman who was being raped and/or murdered. The charges should be dropped.

Exactly. When charging someone with a crime, you do have to take motive or intent into consideration. From the information that we have been given from news sources on this thread so far, I think he absolutely did the right thing.
