Should you book a GV day by day???

Hi again all Thanks to everyone who answered my other question about points, etc. An interesting point was brought up in that thread, and I thought I would get a general feel from everyone here about it.

Should I book a GV day by day. We plan on going within the first two weeks in December (knowing this is a busy time for DVC members). It will be at my home resort so w/in the 11 month window.

If you do book day by day, do you just ask them to link your reservations each day you call??

They won't consider each day a different ressie.

They will add each day to your first ressie. Make sure you tell them that you will be calling everyday to add another day.

FWIW, I think you should book your GV by calling day by day.

Definitely day by day but if you are booking at the boardwalk for this December you might be out of luck as they are booked.

I don't normally advocate calling day by day, but with a GV I would call day by day, they are in great demand and they just did not build enough of them.

Which resort? I think if you are bookin BWV or OKW GVs for the first two weeks of Dec. this year, there might be a problem. BWV is probably impossible, and I would be surprised if OKW had any left either. If you are looking at SSR, I think you have a good chance.

Thanks all so much for your replies. I am not looking to book for awhile yet 1/05 for SSR 12/05 (I know way to much of a planner). Looks like I will be calling every day
