Should we use tour plans w/ GAD FP's?

This will be our first trip. We are going 5/29 to 6/4, so I imagine it will be VERY busy. Should we go by the UG's touring plans on the days we use the FP's? Will they help that we won't need to? Should we still be there at rope drop? There are 4 of us, mom, dad, and two kids ages 8 and 10. I want to ride the headliners and possibly each more than once if possible. Prob use them on MK, DHS, and Epcot days.

If it is was me, I would still be there at rope drop and would still use the touring plans. Memorial Day weekend is a pretty busy time. For us we are still doing our normal plans but using the GAD Fast Passes to ride each ride more than once. I.E. We are still getting the regular fast passes and using the GAD Fast Passes as a 2nd (or even 3rd) bonus ride.
