Should we email GAD coordinator?

We mailed in our Project Linus blankets in about a week before our schedule volunteer date. Now that date has passed and it has been about a week. Our account still says pending verification. I haven't' received any email from them of receipt or any other communications. Should I email the coordinator or let it be. I'm sure they are busy so I don't want to bother them, but on the other hand, I want to make sure they received the blankets and have be verified.
 
Sign in to your GAD account. The status may have changed and you just don't know it. I never received an email that the vouchers were ready. We volunteered on a Saturday, and the vouchers were ready to print the next Friday.
 
Sign in and check your account, we never got an email saying our status has changed. If your status hasn't changed, email the contact person. The same thing happened to us, we were pending for about 10days. I finally emailed the contact person who told me she was a little behind and was putting it through that day. It still took about 5 days from that day for our status to change.
 
After reading this thread, I check the GAD website and my vouchers are ready to print. I never received an email, so definitely check the website.
