Should we do the dining plan or not?

Because you will be paying adult prices for your kids who will be eating from the kid's menus, i wouldn't.

We're in the same dilemma! we've used the plan twice before (before the changes). I'm tempted to do the CS plan and just book a couple of nice TS out of pocket. AND we're going at the end of January and I haven't booked one ADR! and normally we book 180 days out. We can't make up our mind and I'm freaking out about not having any ADRs. But then I think, do we need the dining plan?
We are WDW vets and we're used to going during the busy season and now that we're going in January are we going to wish we had more TS to sit down and enjoy the fact that we aren't rushing off to get to a ride? And the whole pre-paid thing is appealing.
UGH!! Would someone help me make a decision because DH is not helping!!
