Should they Meet Us at the Resort or The Parks??

My family of 8 +baby are thinking of staying at OKW in May 2005. My brother has freinds that live close by and they say they would like to join us at the parks for a day or 2.
This is fine for us since we do not get to see them often.....
But should we tell them to meet us at the parks or would it be okay for them to drive to the resort and ride the buses with us.... I do not want to go against the rules, so if it not okay just let me know.... And if they meet us at the parks.... where is the best meeting places???

If it's not busy, I don't see why they could not come to the resort-perhaps ask at the guest services desk if this would be alright. If not, have them meet you at a specific place outside the gate at the park

I've read that some of the resorts only allow visitors to park for 3 hours, not sure if it's just the monorail resorts or not, but you might want to check before you decide. It would certainly be easier to find them if they meet you at the resort!

If they are very prompt, the resort would be okay. We found meeting our relatives in the park (they were at a resort also) to be much better. If you both have cell phones it's very easy to meet up, and you don't have to wait around.

As OKW is not a resort with parking issues, I'm sure the resort will have no problem with them meeting you there, unless it's a very busy season/holiday at WDW.
