This is my first time using a Travel Agent, and I gave her our flight information. I never got confirmation and it doesn't show up in MDE. I know I still have time, but wanted to see how I know I have Magical Express "reserved".
It does not show up in MDE. I know everything is good based on my bill and when my DME luggage tags come in the mail. I got mine yesterday at 36 days out!

You should get your luggage tags soon if you have an October trip planned. We have already received our tags for our October trip. If you don't get them by 30 days out then give your TA a call to confirm that they made the reservation.
I've never seen ME information in MDE (even when booking through Disney directly). We didn't have any confirmation outside of the luggage tags showing up at our door.
They simply fill a multitude of buses after you get to the DME check-in desk.
Those buses may serve various different resorts, as needed, on any given trip from the airport.

They have always been extremely nice and very helpful to me.
DME is sent 6 weeks prior to check in (which means most get it 38-40 days out.)
But, you don't really need the DME yellow tags at all to make full use of the service.
You can just go to the DME welcome desk and provide them with the regular airline claim check numbers and DME will go to baggage claim and deliver the luggage to your room.
