There are many reasons why and why not this should happen.

1. Everyone Could have a chance to get it
2. It's Value Would Drop

But what if they made it expensive? Or made a expert quest around it. 75,000 credits should be the cost.

I personally think NO for the people that spent hours, days, weeks, or months trying to win Inferno. So they win Inferno, and the next day it's on sale? :confused3

if u cud buy it the value wud be as low as something like fireworks or something

i vote no

i think no because the value would drop incredibly. besides, i think it may bemore fun to trade/win it instead

I could not give rat poop about the value of an item. If I had not won
my inferno eight months after joining VMK, I would have snapped at the
chance to buy it at a (high) price.

I didn't want it because it was rare. I wanted it to add to my pin collection.
I want to be able to have every pin in VMK, and as of now, there are
only two pins I don't have.....but those pins I need to EARN.

I don't think at 75k, many people would be able to flood the game with them.
Heck, at that price, I'm willing to buy a full Sparrow outfit in order to complete
my costume/hat collection!

I limit my wants to pins and costumes/hats, and anything else I want,
mostly it's for room decor. Some people want all the Christmas stuff,
others want beta or rare furniture. Just to keep it in storage?

To me, that's not much fun. Ok, to get back on topic, I voted "yes" to
have the Inferno magic available at a price. (Can we throw a vote in
for that Sparrow costume while we're at it?)

 I Vote NO LOL then VMK would be no fun anyways i cant reach that many credits :rotfl2: :lmao:

75k for one item is quite considerable and some people can't get to that credit count. I'd say, 'why not?'

The value would not go down, as this would be something for the super-rich.

Same with me except im missing 5, Top 5 Award, Best Game Room, Grand Californian, and a few others

interesting....

Sure I think people should be able to buy it.... I think we should be able to buy everything..... lol

I would vote yes.

But you could have it as a one time special, such as Bat Magic. It could only be available for a short time and at that high price, I think it would limit the number of people who could actually afford one. I doubt that there would be too many who could actually purchase more than one at 75k.

Just my two cents.

Don't get me wrong, I think 75,000 credits would be nice not sure how many I would buy at that price but I am thinking the number would be a little higher. That said I am all for it as I have otherwise decided I will not have this item.

75,000 credits isnt that much. Its basically around 65 games of fireworks, maybe 100 games of HM, or you can sell stuff, use mules for the free codes, ect .. Having an item that is NEVER for sale, makes it more wanted. If everyone could have everything what would be the point? Just like with the real pins in real life, some are limited edition, but can be bought from other collectors. Just like with inferno. Find someone willing to sell it for 75K and buy it, but i think you may have a hard time find such a person. Having a pin such as inferno keeps the game interesting. Just like with the Sparrow suit, people want it, trade boat loads to get it, but not everyone can have it. Eventually if you play long enough, you can earn, win, trade, for whatever you want.

I say that, yes it should be, but for 250,000 credits. Now, how many people do you really think would be able to get it? It wouldn't drop the rarity as much. (oh, and they could also sell it only one day of the month. It could be random which day it is)

i say NO becuse some ppl have over 200,000 credit so some people would be able to buy almost 3,some ppl would complain, >_< and vmk wants inferno to become rare

i would vote no on selling it because it makes it less special. i know it's a virtual item, but there's something about having a wad of pixels that few other people have.

i would, though, like to have more opportunities to win it - opportunities that don't involve waiting in long lines just to dc before even getting a chance to win it :badpc: :badpc: :badpc:

I agree with Laurabearz, everything should be for sale. I can't play games. People that can play get to save credits. People like me could pay. I am not interested in value. I just think items should be available to everyone. :disrocks:

You don't think it would take hours, days, weeks or months to earn 75,000 in credits? Let's just say you win 1600 credits every time on fireworks. At this rate It would take at least 10 straight hours to get enough credits. I think I would be sick of fireworks after 10 straight hours.

I voted yes. 75k is a huge number, as macntosh calculated above, it would take many hours to get that many credits even if the person got the highest payoff available. The pin would stay rare.

Of course, I am of the mind that everything should be available for sale to everyone with some exception (best room pins, etc.). Even if only on sale one or two days a year...

no i dont think it should be that much not many people can get even 1000 credits like me and yes im mad bc that happened to me when the sold bat magic

ok this is what will happen
inferno comes out
rich players get a lot
poor players get none
poor players ask for extra inferno from rich players
poor players get laughed at
vmk loses popularity
