Should I walk this reservation

Hi

I want to book a standard view studio at BWV Nov28 to Dec 8th 2015 Do you think I should walk this reservation or if i am online at 8am EST i stand a good chance of getting the first week on the 28th?

If I should walk when would you start. Im from the UK so calling member services is a bit of a hassle, but am aware this is just after Thanksgiving etc and a very busy time.

What would you do?

Yes, that is a difficult reservation to get. For that end of Nov, first week of Dec time in the past, I have seen BWV standard view studios disappear for a day even before 11 months out but more likely it may disappear quickly in the morning exactly 11 months out from each day and thus you will be in a race with many others at 8 a.m. 11 months out. However, the problem you face with walking is Thanskgiving time is right before and faces similar issues. I am aware that some in the past have started the walking for the time period you want as early as the Friday before Thanksgiving, and thus two days before you would usually start a 7 night walking period that would initially capture the first night you actually want, and that has worked but not clear that it is necessary to start that early. Personally I would just take the risk and be there exacly 11 months out from date of arrival at 8 a.m. and see what happens but if you do not have the option of going boardwalk view (which in the past has not disappeared quickly in the morning exactly 11 months out for the time you want) and then wait listing for standard, you may want to start that walk very soon.
