OK...so I really want to watch Wishes the night of our rehearsal dinner. Right now, we are set with dinner at 1900 Park Fare. We can then walk out to the GF marina and watch the show...but no audio. 
I have heard that you can see the fireworks from Narcoosees or the Cali Grill. Since we are on a tight budget, I would like to customize our menus to limit the options available. I am not sure if I should call the restaurant manager directly or group dining. I know there are several intimates that have customized their menus for their reception. Can anyone provide some direction? Thanks!
