Should I take a chance on the waitlist?

I would like to be able to stay one of our two weeks at BWV this June but I have to have a 2 bed and a studio. Should I take a chance with the wait list since they probably would not come available at the same time or just leave the ressies at
VWL alone?

Thanks for the advice.

What I have done in the past is waitlist the whole trip at BWV while keeping your WLV ressies. It has worked with me this way you have back up but you still might luck up at BWV. I had the same situation last June and the waitlist came through at the BWV!!!! GOOD LUCK!! They just switched my ressies for me automatically and sent me a new confirmation.

Thanks.

So they made sure both rooms were available before they made the switch. They put each of my rooms on seperate reservation sheets, not together, so I'm afraid they will switch one and not the other. This is my first DVC trip so I don't know if they always put seperate rooms on seperate confirmation sheets or not.

I thought of another question also. I made my ressies at VWL at the 11 month mark but just now asked for a switch to BWV the only request was for non-smoking. Is this going to be a problem? I can not stay in a smoking room, alergies to everything are to bad. Can't wear perfume or be around much of it for long, can't be around smoke from a fireplace, can't be around a live Christmas tree for long although I love them. They all cause my sinus passages to close and I have a hard time breathing.

Thanks for all the help.

Lori....I would definitely let MS know about your allergy. I think they will "upgrade" your non-smoking request to a medical condition from a "hate smoke smell" request. It couldn't hurt and could help. Good luck!
