Should I reconsider my trip?

If the news was reporting that 1 in 3 people through the turnstiles was dropping dead, I'd have to consider long and hard before I went to the park that third day! LOL

We are all set.....no swine will stand in the way of fun!;)

Just packed a big bottle of hand sanitizer!:scared:

:thumbsup2

1. wash your hands frequently
2. bring hand sanitizer and use it
3. Have Fun!

Just take precautions

More thoughts on this:

WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE. Oh, right. We are eventually.

Never mind.

I've been shot three times, stabbed once (training accident) and been in two helicopter crashes not to mention a few traffic accidents and other miscellaneous injuries.

BRING IT ON PIGS!

Go, have fun. :thumbsup2

It's more dangerous on the piggy thread. :scared:

This is gonna be EVERYWHERE...chances are it will be in your home town sooner or later. It's here in NY. You know how many kids went on spring break to Mexico and then brought this souvenier back with them? There are cases reported close to where we live. While we will take precautions..I'm not bolting the door and locking the windows. At least not yet. I sure wouldn't miss vacation because their might be a case of it in Florida. In fact...there are some 75 kids in a NYC high school who likely have it, one possible case in our county and another 3 in the next county...maybe I should be getting OUT of town!

Go and enjoy...maybe bring a can of lysol?...

All I can say is...OUCH! God bless ya Al ...but OUCH!

Except for the broken pelvis and a knee replacement, none of them were really that bad and besides I was only shot twice - three times sounds so much better though! :lmao:

We are going on Thurs!!!! We will be washing our hands a lot. I heard that the CDC hasn't listed Orlando yet so maybe this isn't the flu.

I really wonder if this is just hype and a way for the messiah to push Universal Heathcare through faster?:confused3

Conspiracy Theory is one of my favorite movies!;)

Thanks for the advice all. My husband is a bit of a hypo so he will probably want to stay home and board ourselves up in the chicken house(haven't got bird flu yet!:lmao:)when he gets wind of this but I kind of don't live in fear of anything. I figure if I'm gonna get it, I will. Usually me and my son are the only ones who get a virus when it goes around. He is your typical 9 yo, touching EVERYTHING!!!:scared1::rolleyes1

We are already pretty careful at Disney, just imagine how many people have sat in that seat and pulled down that bar in front of you!
I may strap a can of Lysol on everyones belt and take a 1,000 count box of disp. gloves just in case!

Wow Al, you are like Coach from Survivor aren't you?:rolleyes1 Or maybe a cat(or otter) with nine lives?
I really appreciate your service to our country btw!:goodvibes

:)

Otters are better than cats! They have 10 lives! :lmao:

The only thing I regret about the army is that I can't do it anymore. Growing old isn't all it's cracked up to be!

I honestly think this swine flu thing is much ado about nothing - like SARS and avian flu. I could be wrong, but.......

Enjoy your trip and don't worry.

Best advice ever....

Buy stock in the companies that make antibacterial hand wash!

We have swine all over the camping board and I don't think we have any confirmed cases of swine flu.

It must be the Kungoloosh that protects you. :confused3

If you have the piggy flu, stay home, otherwise, COME ON DOWN with Purell in hand.:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Oh wait a minute, ah, maybe if everyone stays home, I can get on the Toy Story ride which I have been trying to do for almost a year. Yea, that's it.

EVERYBODY STAY HOME FOR THE MONTH OF MAY.:banana:

I would say that your profession would make you one of the best prepared families to go to Disney in my opinion. Go have fun Flame.

Let us know how it goes when you get back!
