Should I receive a confirmation notice?

We leave for the Florida on Thursday. In the mail we received written confirmation from the All Star Sports but nothing from the HRH. I have a confirmation number from the HRH. Should I have received written confirmation also or do they only need the number? This is our first trip to the HRH.

In the past Universal sent out written confirmations by mail but now they send out an email confirmation. If you are worried about your reservation I would call HRH and make sure that you are in the computer. 407-503-2000. Have a great trip!

They told me that you need to request a written confirmation. I did and it came in a couple of days.

I was starting to get worried. I called and we are in the system.

This will be our 4th stay and we only had a confirmation letter when we got the package deal and that was a envelope full of stuff.
