Should I put the Care Bear in time out?

My son is supposed to be sleeping, he has gotten up several times in the last hour with the usual excuses, bathroom, needs a drink....

Now he just came in to tell me he is really trying to sleep, but his Care Bear keeps waking him up. What should I do about that naughty Care Bear?

But if my Share Bear was keeping me up, I'd have to put him in the attic way, where all the naughty or lame stuffed animals go

We are having the same issue tonight. It's DS' Jimmmie Johnson Boyd's Bear, the bear is in the thinking chair. He was making race car sounds keeping DS awake. DS is still making driving sounds. Its cute but he is going to be a bear tomorrow.

Time out time for the bear, the bear must learn that bedtime is for sleeping not for playing or talking.

He came back with another excuse for being up about 20 minutes after I posted this. I told him that one of my friends on the computer recommended spanking Care Bear, he said "No, Care Bear didn't really keep me up, I was just saying that. Sorry."

He is now fast asleep.
