Should I Make a Last Minute Resort Change

Hi All,

My girlfriend and I will be at "The World" from AUG 26-31. I booked All Stars Movies for our resort a few months back for economic reasons.

Now I called from grins and found that several of the Moderates and the Deluxes have availability (must be cancellations). I don't have the $$$ for a Deluxe, though could swing a Moderate.

Since we were planning on taking Disney's Magical Express to and from the airport, will a last minute change complicate things?

Thanks!

It depends on what is important to you. If you view the resort as a place to crash after a day at the parks, then save the $$ and stay at All Star Movies. If you plan to spend down time at the resort (laying by the pool, swimming, strolling the grounds) and want more "lush" scenery, choose a moderate.

have you looked at pictures of the different resorts on allears.net? It might help you make a decision.

Regarding difficulties w/ Magical Express due to changing at this time, can't answer. I would think not, but don't know for sure.

I'd recommend you save the money and keep your ASMovies reservation.

Then, during your trip, spend some time touring the other resorts. That way, you can see first hand which resorts you would like to stay at for future trips! :)

if you have free Disney dinning - they have been refusing to move people.

if you don't definitely go for it.
