Should I keep my WCC ADR or not?

I have an ADR for WCC dinner on one of our MK days; we will be leaving the park when MVMCP starts.

We have never been to WCC and like to try new places. We are already doing HDDR this trip and I'm afraid that the food is too similar. HDDR is a must-do for our family and DH insists we go. I don't want to eat the same food twice on the trip. But on the other hand I've heard how much fun WCC can be and we've never been to WL.

Would you keep the ADR or not?

I would keep it.
There is a whole a la carte menu in addition to the skillet. You do not have to eat the same food as at the HDDR.
Check the menus here on the DIS or at allears.net Here is the link to the WC menu

If you like to try new places, give WCC a try. Like OP said you don't have to order the skillet but can get other plated entrees. If it doesn't mess up your ADRs too much, you can also try WCC for breakfast if you are concerned about the dinner food being similar to HDDR.

I would also say keep it. The skillet is good, but they have an awesome steak entree and the restaurant is different. I don't think it is too similar.
