Should I hire a taxi?

I have been considering hiring a taxi to take us from the Swan to Epcot main gate so we could get to Test Track faster than going through The International Gateway. Would this work or would it cost too much to be worth it? I'm willing to pay for this because I'm a firm believer in being early. Will this work? Thanks for any help.

I don't know about the cost, but I really don't think you'll gain much by it.
