wait until closer to our party date? We are planning on going Thursday Nov. 19th. We have not been to the party since 2008 so a lot has changed I am sure. I would like to wait until closer just to see how weather might be but I don't want to risk that date being sold out. TIA

We wait until closer for the same reason, weather. I just can't justify the cost if it is going to be miserable. Actually, I can't justify the cost anymore even with good weather!

Oh I hope this night is not too crowded. I am thinking it will be a better choice that the next night which is Friday.

The Christmas Party is usually more crowded than the halloween party. Shoot, in September the Halloween parties can be very empty. Unfortunately I've been turned off to the xmas party recently. The cost has gotten way to high, and it just doesn't feel the same anymore...more of a money grab, less of a special extra paid event. Even worse, my wife is a christmas freak so we have to go. If you know for sure you will be going always better to buy early and not risk it. But if you are waiting for weather to decide between different days, then I could see waiting.
