Should I go ahead and order?

Dh and I decided to do a trip at the end of February, Feb.26-4 at VWL.
I have the villa booked, flight paid for, and had planned on getting APs once we get there.
But now I am not sure.
Should I go ahead and order the vouchers so I can get the DDE card ordered too? Would they even arrive in time? We threw this together kind of last minute.
Or is it just as easy to get all of that done once we arrive?

(We are going back in Dec, hence the APs)

We ordered the vouchers from the DVC Member site. They arrived in less than a week. Then we called and ordered the DDE. Since it wouldn't arrive before we left for the World, they had a temporary DDE card waiting for us at Guest Relations outside Epcot. We exchanged the AP voucher and picked up the temporary cards at the same time.

When we got home the permanent DDE cards were waiting for us. BTW, we more than paid for the DDE on one trip.
