Normally, I have no problem waiting for them to release their fares. However, we're going in July, which is a very busy time.

Southwest fares are obviously lower, but can also get booked up very quickly. Right now, Jet Blue has some decent fares. Think I should take the chance of waiting for Southwest and risk Jet Blue increasing their fares, or should I just book Jet Blue while they're still relatively low.

I'd probably hang in there one more day. I don't have a choice flying out of St. Louis. AA wants over $400 pp/RT flying direct. :crazy2: I've noticed the AA website has not shown any fare sales from STL to MCO for the last few days and their specials had also been running through June 9 only, so I'm wondering if they aren't getting ready to extend their reservations calendar also.

If you are happy with the Jet Blue rates and feel the waiting is a problem, then buy the tickets. If you can wait a few more days, then please wait.
