We're doing the Ohana breakfast on the first day of our trip. Ds loves Stitch and has a costume from Halloween. Should I bring it and dress him up for the breakfast (and change for our day's outings), or not. Dh says not - says he'll be the only one. I know girls dress up as princesses but do boys dress up too? :confused3

Thanks!

If he wants to, go for it! Possible option is to bring the costume along and if he wants to change into after he gets there he will have it available. Same works in reverse, he can always change out of it if he feels a bit embarrassed.

I think it would be adorable.

I say do it too. I agree though that bringing it along and changing there would be the best option, I can imagine that costume would get pretty hot pretty fast!

I'll bet you'll get some great reactions out of the real Stitch! Take lots of pictures and post them when you get back!

Like some others have said, if he's wants to wear, I'd say to let him! :thumbsup2 He'll get more than likely get a little extra attention, and I'm sure it's positively adorable!

Yes! Ds has worn his Mickey costume to CHef Mickey's (girls had Minnie dresses). He has a Stitch costume also which I might bring for the Ohana breakfast. I definitely wait until we get to the restaurant to put it on him though. We go in July and I think he'd be passed out before we made it to the Poly otherwise.

I got my kids zazzle shirts with their names on them and lilo and stitch for the stitch breakfast we are going to at the poly.

I think thats a great idea. No doubt he will get a great reaction from Stitch. DD had a Stitch hat on and you wouldn't believe the reaction she got from Lilo and Stitch over the hat. If a hat got great character interaction a full costume will get even more. :thumbsup2

mhmcca, What are zazzle shirts??

Thanks everyone. I think I will take the costume and let him put it on right before breakfast. And sice we are staying at the Poly, we can run it back to the room before taking off to the parks.
