Should I change Port to CBR transportation?

What's your opinion on changing my car rental on the following situation:

Getting off the Wonder and have reservations with Thrifty. Plan to return car to MCO and take ME to resort, and again back to airport at end of trip.

Have an opportunity to now get National car rental, and drop off at Dolphin.

Thrifty has free shuttle at port, National will cost me a $15 cab fare, so it's a wash on the rental cost. Not having to go back to MCO to drop off Thrifty car and ride ME would be time-saving. I could then check in at CBR, and drop off National at Swan/Dolphin on our way to MK. Will ME do a one-way only reservation from resort to MCO?
