SHould I cancel my trip next month???????

I just found out the season preimer of SURVIVOR is Sept 18th!!!!!!!!!! Our First night at US/IOA/WDW trip!!!!

I will set both our untimate TV things to record it.... but what happens if there is a big storm here.... I have no way to record to off a VCR (off of regular tv) so I may come home to NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I am a nervous wreck!!!!

Hey, she's not sick, just has good eyesight - Hunter's a hunk!! The guys in this new group aren't that great-looking, although there IS one with blond hair......(I can't remember his name)

Almost the same thing happened to us this summer for the season finale. We were on our Disney Cruise for the last episode. I checked the channels available on the ship ahead of time, and supposedly CBS is not available. I arranged for several friends to tape it for us in case my vcr at home failed. The night of the finale, the friends we were travelling with stayed in their room because their DD was ill. They watched it!! Although they said the feed would come in and out and the picture was never really clear, they knew who the winner was. I was determined to not find out until I watched the taped show when we got home. The next day, we were in our cabin while the girls were napping. I flipped to CNN to check the national news, and there on the ticker at the bottom of the screen was the winner of Survivor! I was so mad.

Moral of the story, cancel your trip!

Just kidding! I'd just get someone to tape it for you back at home, and don't watch CNN!!!

LOL, no I don't think she IS kidding, but so what, I'd ask that, too! Don't worry, they always play the first episode again in a week or so, so if you miss it, they show it again to catch you up.

From someone who is leaving for WDW in exactly 1 week, and up until 1 week ago, thought she may have to cancel due to a seriously ill family member, I cant tell you how awful that "maybe cancelling" feeling felt. DO NOT cancel over a stupid tv show! If its THAT important can you have a friend or family member at home tape it for you?

Here is my problem.... I have no clue how to add a VCR into the MIX of DVD's, satalite ultimate tv, surround sound devices....

I have one TV with just basic cable.... I suppose I could attempt a hook up there, but I have no room for the VCR.... lol

Everyone should have my problems!
