Should I call or just keep waiting patiently?

We received our DVC membership cards almost 2 weeks ago. About a day later a CM called asking if we had received our cards & welcome packet. I told him we got the cards but no welcome packet.

He said to give it a few days. Well, that was at least 10 days ago & no welcome packet or anything else yet. I have already booked our first trip home, but I was looking forward to getting the packet & reading all the info.

Think I should make a phone call or wait a little longer?

If they told you "a few days"....I'd call. It couldn't hurt, and shouldn't take much time.

I'd recommend calling, and don't be surprised if you call more than once. I had to call several times and Email twice before I finally got a new member guidebook. It was over 7 weeks from my first call. So the earlier you get started... The irony was that when my MG finally arrived, I was in WDW!
