Should I book flight for January 2015?

I'm planning a trip to WDW for January 2015 and I've seen that BA direct is already bookable. Should I book now? It's £559

I'm going from 2/1/2015 to 17/1/2015 (flexible with +/- 1 or 2 days).

Should I wait that more options are released?

Last time I travelled with Aer Lingus indirect via Dublin and liked it a lot, since you pass immigration in Dublin. When should Aer Lingus flights be released? Would they be cheaper than £559?

I have considered also Norwegian to Ft Lauderdale, but it would save at most £150. Since I travel alone, that saving would be offset by the expenses for the car rental and the inconvenience of the distance.
